2012 - 2013 Kindergarten Registration
Welcome to Green Local Schools.
This form should be completed by any parent who wishes to enroll their child in the Green Local School District Kindergarten for the 2012-2013 school year.
In order for your child to be completely enrolled, you will need to provide all of the "required" information on the registration form. Your child can not be enrolled to begin school until we have verified that all the enrollment information provided by you on this site is correct.
Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by August 1st to register for Kindergarten.
This registration is for students that are new to Green Local Schools only. If your child was enrolled in Green last year you should not complete this registration.
